Commission on Human Relations
Equal Employment Opportunity is The Law

The law protects you from discrimination because of race, color, national origin,  sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, age, place of birth, ancestry, and disability.

You have the right to file a complaint if you suspect you were a victim of discrimination.

Have you been treated unfairly in your search for housing?

Housing discrimination based on your race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or disability is illegal. If you have been trying to buy or rent a home or apartment and you believe your rights have been violated, contact us to file a fair housing complaint.
