Adopt-A-Lot

The Department of Planning (DCP) has developed a Vacant Lot Toolkit is a tool aimed at making the process of public reuse of land more user friendly in Pittsburgh.  

  • The Adopt-A-Lot Program, is the program that allows the City to enter into liceses and leases with individuals or groups who want to resuse City-owned vacant land.
  • The Resource Guide offers step-by-step instructions and resources to complete your Adopt-A-Lot program forms and applications.
