Environmental Planning & Review

Summary

Environmental Planning and Review addresses both regulatory review and proactive advancement of projects.  The former addresses the issues of stormwater management, floodplain management, landslide prone slopes, mined areas, steep slopes, and the use of rivers and riparian lands.  The proactive component addresses promoting the highest and best use of lands related to City parks and greenways, enhancement of the urban tree canopy, provision of recreational trails and ecosystem restoration.  .
