Council voted unanimously today to modify the membership of the Board of Trustees of the Comprehensive Municipal Pension Trust Fund. The changes codify the addition of the City Controller and the Council President in lieu of two appointees by the Mayor. The changes are designed to ensure that all branches of city government, in keeping with the pledges Council members and the Mayor agreed to on February 14, are held accountable for the performance of this important Board.
