  • Participate in 5 different group classes lead by the finest group exercise instructors in Pittsburgh!
  • Each 45 minute class will start at: 9:15am, 10:15am, 11:15am, 12:15pm, and 1:15pm.

Community Yoga Over PGH

Community Yoga Over PGH!

  • West End-Elliott Overlook, Marlow St, Pittsburgh, PA 15205
  • Participate in 3 different yoga classes!
    • 5:45-6:30pm | M-Flex with David, Mecka Fitness
      • This class provides an ever-changing challenge that starts with a welcoming yoga inspired warm up, then on to a 20-minute HIGH INTENSITY sweat session, a power yoga cool down, then concludes with a whole load of high fives and fist bumps.
    • 6:45-7:30pm | Pilates with Erica, Endure Barre
      • This class brings mix of classical and modern movements developed to strengthen the total body. Pilates focuses on the core in addition to increasing flexibility, improving posture, and gaining muscle control.
    • 7:45 – 8:30pm | Sunset Yoga with April, Mecka Fitness
      • Mecka yoga is a practice designed to align your mind, body (skin, muscles, and bones) and soul. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body – especially the main channel, the spine – so that energy can flow freely. All levels are welcome!
  • First 100 Participants will receive a complimentary CityFit yoga mat!
