Promise Coaches Campaign
Keep Pittsburgh Youth in the Graduation Game!
The Promise Coaches Campaign aims to increase the number of graduating students who are Pittsburgh Promise eligible and promote a culture of higher education in the City of Pittsburgh.
The Promise Coaches Campaign aims to equip and empower adults in the City of Pittsburgh to help all youth earn a high school diploma and succeed in higher education and careers.
All Pittsburgh youth will have at least one supportive, knowledgeable adult who can coach them to achieve their academic and career goals.
The Promise Coaches Campaign began in early 2013 and drew its inspiration from the Graduation Coaches Campaign of Philadelphia. We were established through support from The Mentoring Partnership of Southwestern Pennsylvania, United Way of Allegheny County, Pittsburgh Public Schools, The Pittsburgh Promise and additional campaign partners and community organizations.
