As Chief Administration Officer, Debbie oversees all administrative functions of city government, with responsibilities over Personnel & Civil Service, Finance, the Citizen Police Review Board, and the Office of Municipal Investigations, as well as Mayoral appointments to all Boards, Authorities and Commissions.
She earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from Washington and Jefferson College, and her law degree from Duquesne University.
Debbie has over 20 years of experience in law, finance, and public service. Her clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations to family-owned businesses. She has worked for a number of top Pittsburgh firms including KPMG, Deloitte, Westinghouse, and the law firm of Rothman Gordon, PC. Prior to joining the Executive Team, she served as the Assistant Treasurer of Carnegie Mellon University.
Debbie was appointed to the Pittsburgh Stadium Authority Board by former Mayor Bob O’Connor in 2006 and served as Chair from 2006 to 2009. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
A native of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Debbie resides in Brookline with her husband William and their children, Chloe and Ryan.
