The Administration & Finance Transition Team, chaired by Chief Administration Officer Debbie Lestitian, was charged with offering recommendations to overhaul all personnel and finance functions to enhance investments in our City's workforce.
The team focused on the following areas:
Improving hiring, training, and promotion practices.
Increasing worker professionalism and morale.
Improving budgeting and fiscal policies and practices.
Assessing proposals to stabilize the city's pension fund.
