The Operations & Infrastructure Transition Team, chaired by Chief Operations Officer Guy Costa, was charged with offering recommendations to overhaul all operational functions to improve the delivery of services to city residents.
The team focused on the following areas:
Improving coordination among city departments and authorities.
Developing best practices for maintaining city parks and assets.
Improving delivery of city services to neighborhoods and residents.
Assessing critical needs for infrastructure improvements.
Evaluating investments in equipment and personnel.
