PITTSBURGH ROBBERY SQUAD LOOKING FOR SERIAL BANK ROBBER

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PITTSBURGH, PA – The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Robbery Squad is investigating four bank robberies from mid-December 2013 through April 4 of this year.  Pittsburgh Police believe the same man committed each robbery.

The dates and locations of the robberies are as follows:

  • Dec. 11, 2013 First Niagara, 22 Wabash St.
  • Dec. 30, 2013 First National, 503 Greenfield Ave.
  • March 23, 2014 First Niagara, 2001 Murray Ave.
  • April 4, 2014 Northwest Savings, 5835 Forbes Ave.

The Robbery Squad is releasing photos from the scene. While the actor covered his face, the Robbery Squad believes he may be recognizable by people who are familiar with him. There is also a photo of a white Ford 5-150 pickup truck believed to be the actor’s vehicle.
