(March 15, 2011) The City of Pittsburgh advises that Rialto Street, which was closed from Ley Street to East Ohio Street (State Road 28) on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. for winter safety reasons, will not reopen but remain closed due to PennDOT’s massive reconstruction project that is expected to continue into 2014.
