2nd Installment Real Estate Tax bills and Current Year Delinquent Real Estate Tax bills are in the mail as of April 9, 2025, with a due date of April 30, 2025. The Department of Finance is experiencing a Real Estate payment matter affecting some expired 2024 Tax Increment Financing (“TIF”) accounts. For these accounts, a system error caused payments from Zions Bank to not be received, resulting in the School Real Estate Tax portion of these accounts being turned over to Jordan Tax Service. All accounts affected by this issue are being pulled back from Jordan Tax Service and Zions Bank has been notified to help remedy the payment issue.
