Pittsburgh Police are searching for a missing 70-year-old male.
Cecil Tinsley was last seen in the Larimer/Homewood West area of Frankstown Avenue on November 18, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
Mr. Tinsley is diagnosed with dementia and walked away from his care facility.
He is 6'1" and was last seen wearing sun glasses, a black hat, black jacket, blue jeans, and boots.
