UPDATE: Elijah "Eli" Rupprecht has been located and he is safe.

Pittsburgh Police SVU detectives are asking for the public's help to find a missing person.
Elijah "Eli" Rupprecht, 36, was last seen in Downtown Pittsburgh on September 5, 2023.
He is known to frequent Downtown, as well as the North Side, South Side, and West End areas of the city.
He may also be in Washington County or Robinson Township.
Eli is 5'8", 170, with blue eyes, and his hair is currently medium- length sandy brown in color. He may be carrying a black backpack.
