Police Investigate Terrace Village Shooting Incident, Teen Injured

Just after 11:15 p.m., Pittsburgh Police responded to the 2000 block of Rose Street following a 7-round ShotSpotter alert.
Arriving units located a 14-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his left ankle. Medics transported him to the hospital in stable condition. The victim told police he was walking up to his house when he was shot.
Crime Scene Unit detectives processed evidence at the scene.
There are no suspects or arrests at this time. Violent Crime Unit detectives will continue with the investigation.
