Special Victims Unit detectives are searching for a missing and at risk 35-year-old woman.

Kathleen Downer is described as 5'3", 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen leaving her home in the 600 block of Thompson St. on October 28, 2024 at 3:10 p.m. wearing a pink jacket with grey sweatpants and a pink scarf.

She is known to spend time in the Larimer and East Liberty areas.
