UPDATE: Detectives Investigate Shooting in Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar

UPDATE: Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit (FAU) detectives have made two arrests in connection to this incident. Keith Lovelace, 15, of Pittsburgh (Act 33) and Kavontay Jordan, 15, also of Pittsburgh (Act 33) face numerous charges, including felony Aggravated Assault, Robbery, and Conspiracy.
Both have been transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
The investigation into this incident remains ongoing.

At approximately 1:15 a.m., an adult male shooting victim arrived at the Pittsburgh Police Zone 5 station off Washington Boulevard. He had gunshot wounds to his hand and thigh.
The male told officers that he had been driving two adult males in his vehicle when they arrived at their destination. He stated that one of the males then pulled out a gun and attempted to steal his vehicle. When he resisted, the male shot at him.
The driver was able to escape and drove himself to the station. Upon arrival he was consious, alert, and speaking with officers. Officers then rendered aid, including applying tourniquets, until medics arrived. The victim was then transported by Pittsburgh EMS to an area hospital in serious, but stable condition.
The victim told officers the shooting happened near the intersection of Gladefield Street and Oberlin Street in Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar. A one-round ShotSpotter alert was also registered at that location.
The Mobile Crime Unit responded to process evidence.
Violent Crime Unit detectives are investigating.
There are no arrests at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
