Participating in a summer reading program can help kids and teens retain the skills they have gained during the school year. Studies have shown that when kids and teens
read during the summer, they are more likely to succeed when the new school year begins. Adults, join us in encouraging all the young people in your life to read at least five books this summer!

Allegheny Child Care is a free search tool developed in response to COVID-19 and provided to caregivers of young children to locate available child care spots in REAL TIME.

A+ Schools Pittsburgh serves as a resource and catalyst for change by collecting and distributing critical
information and providing specific ways for the community to help make Pittsburgh’s schools great.

Youth ages 14-21 can earn up to $1300 and gain valuable work experience June 27-August 5. Participants must be residents of
