- Conditional Use Permits
- Department of Community Affairs (DCA) funding
- Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) funding
- Department of City Planning
- Department of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections (PLI)
- Mapping and GIS
- Historic Review Commission
- Market Based Revenue Opportunities (MBRO)
- Neighborhood Initiatives
- Riverfront Development
- Small Business Initiatives
- Transportation Planning
- Zoning
- Sustainability Initiatives
All communications or matters to be brought forward to Council from any of the City authorities shall be directed to the respective Council Member serving on the authority's governing body.
