Free individual dietitian consultations and group classes include custom meal planning and eating guidelines. Look for the appointments that fit your schedule—onsite, offsite, daytime, evening, with your spouse or partner.

Weight Watchers

This weight loss program focuses on forming healthy habits, eating smarter, getting more exercise, and offers quality support. City Employees receive a subsidized rate of $100 for weekly meetings, free e-tools, and 24/7 support. Simply join at the City-County Building and attend meetings downtown, in your community, or online.

Diabetes Prevention Program

The Y - Diabetes Prevention Program

Those at risk of developing diabetes may select this program to learn how to eat healthier, increase physical activity and maintain a healthy weight to reduce chances of developing diabetes. You’ll also earn a free 3-month membership to the YMCA! Currently this program is covered 100% for Highmark members.
