Janet Manuel leads the City’s Department of Human Resources & Civil Service and EEO/ Diversity & Inclusion Officer initiatives. Janet’s team is responsible for overseeing the hiring process, employee benefits, payroll, and pension deferment to name a few responsibilities for the 3,500 City employees. Also, Janet leads employment and training opportunities for City residents through the Pittsburgh Partnership and in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Employment and Retention Network. A graduate of Cameron University and Robert Morris University. Janet lives in Greentree City.
