An artist-run non-profit providing access to print and imaging resources to the community.


The City of Pittsburgh’s online tool for opportunities and procurement. Artists, art collectives, and designers are able to register, and sign up to be alerted of new City-led artistic projects. Registration and application to any opportunities are free.

Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council

GPAC provides financial, professional, and political support for the arts and culture sector. Their services include professional development and networking programs, as well as lists of local and national artistic opportunities.

Pittsburgh Cultural Trust

One of the defining pillars of the Trust’s mission is a commitment to diverse performing and visual arts programming. From elaborate Broadway productions to free, family-oriented festivals, the Trust aims to provide rich arts opportunities for all. Featuring free quarterly gallery crawls in the Cultural District as well as a yearly Three Rivers Arts Festival which provide opportunities for local artist.

The Associated Artists of Pittsburgh

The oldest, continuously-exhibiting visual arts organization in the country, the AAP currently has over 550 members in the Pittsburgh area.

The Office of Public Art

Founded in 2005, OPA works with organizations and individuals in the public and private sector to facilitate the development of and information about public art. They offer technical assistance, educational programming, and other services.

Sponsored by the Heinz Endowments and the Pittsburgh Foundation, Investing In Artists: The Pittsburgh Region Artists Program is guided by a shared belief in artistic excellence, creative development, and the need for continuous career advancement.
