CHILDREN ENCOURAGED TO TAKE PART IN "ON YOUR MARK WITH HIGHMARK YOUTH SERIES" Highmark partners with the City of Pittsburgh Office of Special Events for a healthy activity — "On Your Mark with Highmark Youth Challenge" — to encourage children to take part in the City of Pittsburgh Community Footrace Series by either running or walking the 5K distance. Each child age 6 to 12 who completes one footrace in the City of Pittsburgh Community Footrace Series — or each youth age 13 to 18 who completes two of the community footraces — receives free registration to The Great Race 5K on September 29 courtesy of Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
