Pittsburgh Burrau of Police officers arrested a Homewood man in connection to a bomb threat at the Federal Building Monday evening.
Albert Morris, Jr., 60, was charged with terrorist threats and threats to use weapons of mass destruction.
Multiple law enforcement agencies, including local and federal agencies, responded to the Federal Building Downtown shortly after 5 p.m. on Feb. 1 after a phoned-in bomb threat. Police evacuated the building and used K-9s to search the building floor by floor.
No one was injured. The investigation, by PBP in cooperation with our federal law enforcement partners, continues.
