Pittsburgh Police responded to shots fired at the corner of 9th Street and Liberty Avenue around 10:45 a.m.
Upon the investigation, police learned the male suspect fired at a male and female after he was pepper sprayed by one of them.
Officers located the suspect a short distance away, where he was arrested without incident.
The suspect faces various firearm charges.
There were no injuries reported.
