Police, EMS Respond for Vehicle Hit and Run of Child

Summary:
Pittsburgh Police from Zone 5 responded to a 9-1-1 call for a hit and run of a pedestrian in the 7000 block of Churchland Street just before 7:30 p.m.
Responding officers and medics located a 7-year-old male victim. He was transported to Children's Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black, 2-door, older model BMW.
