Toddler Transported to the Hospital after Fall From Window, Police Investigate

Summary:
Pittsburgh Police from Zone 3, EMS, and Fire responded to the 1800 block of Brownsville Road for reports of an injured toddler just before 3 p.m.
Once on scene, first responders located a boy who had fallen from a second-floor window of a residence. Medics transported him to the hospital in critical condition. His exact age is not known at this time.
Detectives from Major Crimes and the Mobile Crime Unit responded to the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
