UPDATE 7/19/21 10:30 a.m: Toni Baker and Najeh Taylor have been safely located.

Pittsburgh Police Special Victims Unit detectives seek the public's assistance to help locate a missing and vulnerable woman and a juvenile male.

Toni Baker, 41, and her son, 12-year-old Najeh Taylor, were reported missing from the 3900 block of Wind Gap Avenue in the West End.

Baker is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, with brown eyes. Taylor is described as 4 feet 5 inches tall, 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

The two were travelling in a white Buick Enclave SUV, PA plate LPH4746 toward the Wilkinsburg area.
