Pittsburgh Police Major Crimes detectives have made an arrest in a shooting incident that occurred on July 17, 2021 in the 1300 block of Bingham Street on the South Side.

Rafik White, 22, of Duquesne, PA is charged with Criminal Attempt Homicide and Aggravated Assault.

He is currently being held in Allegheny County Jail.
