Police Investigate Male Shot in Leg

Summary:

Pittsburgh Bureau of Police officers from Zone 5 responded to reports of person shot in the 7200 block of Lemington Avenue just before 11:00 p.m.

When officers arrived on scene they found a male with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was conscious and alert and told police he was just getting out of a car when someone shot him.

He was transported in stable condition to a local hospital by EMS.

Police are investigating.
