Police Make Arrest in Overnight Domestic Incident

Summary:
Pittsburgh Police received reports that a male who had suffered stab wounds to his head and arm had walked into Mercy Hospital before 5 a.m.
The victim arrived at the hospital in stable condition. He told police he had been stabbed while at a bar in the 1600 block of Brownsville Road. Multiple officers thoroughly checked the area for evidence of a crime scene, with negative results.
During the course of their investigation, police learned the victim had outstanding warrants and had been involved in a domestic incident with injuries to a female victim earlier in the evening in Zone 3.
Police arrested Taylor Brice, 28, of Pittsburgh. He is charged with Simple Assault.
He was transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
