Police Respond to Armed Robbery at Gas Station

Summary:

Just before 9:00 p.m., officers in Zone 3 responded to the Sunoco gas station on the 1600 block of Arlington Avenue for an armed robbery.

Two males, one carrying a rifle, demanded money before fleeing the store with an undisclosed amount.

No injuries were reported.

There have been no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
