SWAT Responded To Male armed in Knoxville

Summary:
Pittsburgh Police responded to the 200 block of Zara Street for a domestic 9-1-1 call around 7:30 p.m.
When Zone 3 officers arrived, they located the 9-1-1 caller who stated, the male was in the home armed with a knife.
SWAT and negotiators responded when the male barricaded himself on the top floor.
Police negotiators encouraged the male to surrender around 45-minutes later.
He was taken into custody without incident. One officer suffered a wrist injury and was evaluated on scene.
