Summary:
UPDATE: Police have arrested James Linnert, 19, of Pittsburgh in connection with this incident. He is charged with criminal homicide.
Pittsburgh Police responded to the 800 block of Loyal Way around 10:15 p.m. on January 20 for a reported gunshot victim.
Police located an unresponsive male inside of the home when they arrived.
Medics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
Mobile Crime Unit and Detectives arrived to process the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
