Pittsburgh Police Make an Arrest in Overnight Assault in Oakland.

Summary:
Pittsburgh Police detectives have arrested 28-year-old Jason Moran for the early morning assault and robbery.
Zone 4 officers were notified by University of Pittsburgh Police around 1:30 a.m. that a victim was assaulted and robbed on the 4000 block of Fifth Avenue.
The victim was not injured, and able to describe the suspect as 5’8”, wearing a multi-colored jacket, and dark colored hat.
Moran is currently in the Allegheny County Jail facing multiple assault charges, and robbery.
