UPDATE: Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire Responds to 2-Alarm Fire in Mount Washington

Summary:
At 6:38 a.m., Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire responded to a house fire in the basement of a home on the 400 block of Edgemont Street.
The fire spread up the walls of the home to the roof.
Occupants of the home were able to evacuate safely, including some exotic pets inside.
Investigators determined the fire originated in the ceiling above the basement bathroom and spread up the exterior wall to the roof.
The cause of the fire is accidental.
