Pittsburgh Fire, EMS, and Police responded to the 50 block of Van Braam Street around 9:50 p.m. for 9-1-1 calls of a structure fire.
When first responders arrived, they observed flames coming from the roof of the row houses.
Firefighters determined the 2-alarm fire under control shortly before 11 p.m.
Three homes sustained heavy fire damage. Two were unoccupied, and a resident of the third was able to exit on their own.
There were no reported injuries. The Fire Investigation Unit are working to determine the cause.
