Pittsburgh Police SVU detectives seek the public's assistance in locating a missing endangered teen.
Rajae Allen, 13, was last seen in Oakland around 5:30 p.m. on April 7.
He is described as 5'6", 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, wearing black clothing and Purple jacket.
Rajae is known to frequent the North Side and Mt. Oliver areas.
