Police, EMS Respond For Collision and Assault in the Hill District

Summary:
Just before 11:45 a.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 2 responded for a collision in the 1600 block of Centre Avenue.
Following the collision, the passenger from the one vehicle got out and punched the driver of the other vehicle in the head, knocking him unconscious. He was transported to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
The suspect fled on foot. Police located him at the corner of Wylie Avenue and Devilliers Street.
Daquawn Crosby, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Additional charges are pending.
