The Fugitive Task Force arrested Brandon West for a shooting that occurred on October 24, 2021 in Lincoln-Lemington.
A male victim was walking to his residence when someone shot him one time. Medics transported him to the hospital in critical condition.
West is charged with Criminal Attempt Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Carrying a Firearm Without a License, and other charges.
Officers transported West to the Allegheny County Jail.
