Summary:

Pittsburgh Police responded to the 2100 block of Wylie Avenue for a Shotspotter Alert around 10:40 p.m.

When Zone 2 officers arrived, they located an adult male with multiple gunshot wounds. Police rendered aid to the victim who was conscious and alert.

Medics transported him to a local hospital in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
