Summary:
Pittsburgh Police and EMS responded to the 700 block of Arch Street for a 16-round Shotspotter alert around 6:50 p.m.
Zone 1 officers arrived and located a male with multiple gunshot wounds in a vehicle.
Medics pronounced the adult victim deceased at the scene, and there were no other injuries.
A Witness stated they observed a vehicle flee from the area towards an unknown direction.
Detectives arrived to process the scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
