Police Responded to Shooting in Stanton Heights

Summary:
Pittsburgh Police and EMS responded to the 1300 block of Hawthorne Street around 3 p.m. for a male reported shot.
The victim walked to Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire- Engine 7 from Hawthorne Court for assistance
When Zone 5 officers arrived at Firehouse 7, they observed the victim with a minor wound. The victim stated a round grazed his leg while delivering mail on Hawthorne Court.
He was taken to a local hospital with a minor injury.
Upon investigating the scene, police located two vehicles that were struck by rounds.
There were no other injuries and the investigation is ongoing.
