Pittsburgh Bureau of Police officers from Zone 2 responded to a ShotSpotter activation, followed by 911 calls, of shots fired in the area of Reed Street and Brackenridge Street just before 7:40 p.m.
When they arrived on scene they discovered one male victim with a gunshot wound to the leg and a second male victim who had been grazed by a bullet in the abdomen.
Both victims were transported to local hospitals by EMS in stable condition.
Officers detained another male for questioning in connection with this incident.
The investigation continues.
