Pittsburgh Police SVU detectives are asking for the public's help to locate missing siblings
Rosie and Bayjai Germany were last seen at their home in Hazelwood.
Rosie is 11-years-old, 4 feet 6 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
Bayjai is 13-years-old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
