Pittsburgh Police SVU detectives are searching for a missing girl.
Alison Vivas, 13, is 4'10" and 70 pounds with glasses. She has black hair with some yellow in the back.
Alison was last wearing a black T-shirt, black/blue shorts, and black flip flops.
She was last seen in Oakland around 6pm on August 2 and is possibly heading to the Penn Hills area.
