Police Make Arrest in July First Homicide in Hazelwood

Pittsburgh Police have made an arrest in the July 1, 2022 shooting death of Darrian Davis on Johnston Avenue. Two others were injured in the incident.

Quentin Primus, 22, faces charges of Criminal Homicide,  Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Criminal Attempt Homicide, Persons Not to Possess, Use, Manufacture, Control, Sell or Transfer Firearms and Carrying a Firearm Without a License.

VCU detectives secured an arrest warrant for Primus who is currently in the Allegheny County Jail on unrelated charges.
