Police Arrest Sexual Assault Suspect on North Side

Summary:
At 4:40 a.m. a Pittsburgh Police Zone 1 officer located a suspect on Cedar Avenue on the North Side after a reported sexual assault that occurred in the early morning hours of August 6 in the 600 block of Emlin Street.
Dillon Jolly, 28, of South Strabane, PA was arrested and charged with Strangulation, Sexual Assault, Rape, Simple Assault, and Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse.
Jolly is also a suspect in other sexual assaults.
The Special Victims Unit will continue the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Pittsburgh Police.
