Summary:
Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit and the US Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force have made an arrest in the March 22, 2022 homicide of Tiwand Hill.
Robert Freeman, 32, of the Hill District, is charged with Criminal Homicide and Carrying a Firearm Without a License.
Freeman is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
