Pittsburgh Police SVU detectives are asking for the public's assistance to locate a missing female.
Cassandra Diegelman, 28, is 5'6", 110 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen Downtown on September 19 around 8 p.m. walking her two dogs along Ft. Duquesne Blvd.
Cassandra was wearing a pink/white tie-dye shirt, black shorts and pink sandals. She may have memory loss due to a recent accident.
